What’s On

The Sleeping Giants programme brings together teachers and practitioners from across the world of movement, sound and ceremony.

Days begin with sunrise meditations and morning yoga, move through workshops in breathwork, Qigong, Tai Chi, sound healing and dance, and close with evening ceremonies and full moon celebrations under the Andalucían stars. With up to four spaces running simultaneously across the site, there is always something to suit where you are and what you need.

The full programme will be updated here as it is confirmed. In the meantime, meet the people holding space.

David Sye

David Sye is the creator of Yogabeats, a dynamic practice born out of extraordinary circumstances while he was working as a radio journalist during the Bosnian war in the early 1990s. Using music to carry people through stress and conflict, Yogabeats evolved into a globally recognised system for transformation through movement. David has since taken his work to Palestinian communities in the West Bank, street youth in Glasgow, and conflict zones around the world. His Yoga Beats Conflict fund is supported by His Holiness the Dalai Lama. Based in London, he teaches internationally and remains one of the most distinctive voices in contemporary yoga.

Arachai Haorang

Arachai grew up in the rice fields of Northeast Thailand before moving to the north east of England, a journey that gave him an unusually wide perspective on people and how they live. His travels since have taken him from Mongolia to Mexico, through India on pilgrimage with Shiva Babas, back to his ancestral village in Thailand, and eventually to New Zealand where he spent two years with a Maori master carver learning about traditional ways of life and medicine. For the past seven years he has been sharing that breadth of experience through music, movement and sound.

Atma Kaur

Atma is a Kundalini Yoga teacher and yoga therapist whose work sits at the intersection of personal healing and the natural world. She is the founding director of ReNatured, an initiative bringing together yoga and nature-connected therapies in support of mental health and ecological awareness. Her teaching draws on breathwork, bioenergetics, Kundalini Yoga and contemplative practice, and is grounded, rhythmic and heart-centred. She partners with Kerry-Ann Taylor through WomanKind, offering immersive ceremonial experiences for women at key life transitions.

Pranav Badia

Pranav discovered the handpan during the pandemic while working as an aerospace project manager, and it changed the direction of his life. Drawing on the wisdom of Himalayan traditions and his own practice of yoga and breathwork, he founded SOLOM with a mission to bring sound and mindfulness together in genuinely immersive experiences. He collaborates regularly with musicians, yoga teachers and sound healers, and brings a rare combination of technical precision and meditative depth to everything he does.

Lisa Hood

Lisa Hood has been teaching yoga and holding space for over 18 years, bringing a background as a professional dancer to everything she does. Her practice draws on Mandala Vinyasa, Yin Yoga and ritual, weaving in moon cycles, ceremony and the deeper philosophy of the body and mind. She has taught for communities including Lululemon, Sweaty Betty and Deliciously Ella, and holds over 500 hours of yoga alliance training. Her sessions are creative, grounding and built around genuine connection.

Nicole Windle

Nicole has been teaching yoga since 2015, when she completed her training in Goa after years of study across Bali, Thailand, Vietnam and India. Her background as a dancer gives her a deep understanding of the body, and her teaching blends movement and stillness in equal measure. She is the founder of The Soul Space, a retreat company that has hosted nearly 50 retreats and over 500 guests across the UK and Europe. Her sessions are known for being warm, grounded and accessible.

Having spent over a decade sitting in women's circles herself, she brings a deep understanding of what it means to be witnessed and held.
