Meet the Team

I have been dreaming about putting on festivals since I was a kid, piling into the car with my family and heading to Glastonbury every summer. We always ended up in the healing fields, wondering why that kind of space was not more central to the whole experience. Turns out, that question never really left me.
I have fallen completely in love with Spain, the people, the pace of life, the way strangers become friends over a long lunch. Sleeping Giants is my attempt to bring all of that together in one place. Right now that means living on the land, building the site with my own hands, managing the website, the team and everything in between.
What drives me is simple. I love bringing people together. I always have.

I arrived at this piece of land fifteen years ago and something about it immediately felt different. The land seemed to hum. It felt alive in a way that was difficult to explain but impossible to ignore. That feeling never left me, and Sleeping Giants is what grew from it.
I have spent most of my career in education, working with teachers and running events and training programmes around the world. Alongside that, I have been practising Qigong and meditation for over fifteen years, and those practices have quietly shaped everything I think about how people learn, connect and grow. My role at Sleeping Giants is about the bigger picture, the vision for the festival and for Finca La Lola as a place where people can come and genuinely transform.

I showed up on the land about a year ago, a little worse for wear and not entirely sure about people. Things have improved since then. I still do not love being petted, but I have worked out that where Jordan goes, treats follow, so I stay close.
My role at Sleeping Giants is unofficial but important. I walk the land every day, keep an eye on the build, and make sure the general energy of the place stays where it should be. Honestly, I think I am doing a pretty good job.

My journey has taken me from medical publishing and editorial work in London into years immersed in yoga, community living, ceremony and holistic wellbeing practices across South and Central America. Rooted in my studies, travels and lived experience with holistic healing practices, my work centres on connection, creativity and meaningful human exchange.
Now based in Valencia, I am the Community Outreach and Brand Lead for Sleeping Giants, helping shape the voice, spirit and growing community at the heart of the festival.

I am passionate about creating meaningful experiences and spaces that inspire connection, transformation and personal growth. That is why I am so happy to be part of the Sleeping Giants team.
Originally from Finland, seasoned in Latin America and now based in Barcelona, I bring together a background in conscious festivals and retreats, communications, yoga and dance, and women's wellbeing. I am looking forward to connecting with you on social media and in person in September.

I spent years thriving on the energy, sound, connection and often chaos of the live music industry as a PR and event manager. Eventually that path led me towards yoga, and I moved into studio and retreat management, including Triyoga in London and Purple Valley Yoga in Goa.
More recently I was part of the team behind Soul Escape, a yoga, music and wellbeing festival in Lincolnshire, which gave me the chance to help build something that really embraced the rising wave of community centred and wellness focused experiences.
When the Sleeping Giants vision came along, it resonated immediately. The same spirit, a shared celebration of movement, mindfulness and connection, just with better weather. I jumped on board to help shape the festival programme.
